With two field sites, 4 meals, a party, camping and a whole lotta super fun ultimate...It's important that we are all on the Same Page...

~THEME~
This year's theme "Magical Mythstery Score" revolves around Mythical creatures. Each of the three pools will have their own theme. All the team names reflect the theme of their pool. Since you will find out your team name early you are highly encouraged to bring whatever costume items you have to increase the FUN.
~T-SHIRTS~
In in addition to having a theme and a name, each team will also be assigned a color. Thus 1-2 weeks before the tourney you will be told you are on: Huckzilla and your color is LIGHTGREEN. Please have your shirts and/or your costume reflect this color. At a minimum, be sure to bring a light and a dark shirt of your teams color.

~MEALS~ REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE - We have all become increasingly more familiar with this phrase - here's what it means at HHH17. Fill your car. No cars should be arriving without maximum capacity. - CARPOOL. We will not be providing plates, cups, eating utensils ... bring your own. NO GLASS IN THE PARK ! Water is being provided in 5 gal containers to cut down on waste. Bring you own water bottle to fill.(Thanks Crystal Springs! FIELDS - We have 2 field sites this year Highlands (Frisbee central) & SKY park Scotts Valley.
HATS HOPS & HUCKS - CHECKLIST - Neither Hops nor Hucks without hats ! WEAR A HAT! HAT RULE
CATCH W/OUT A HAT = TURNOVER.
(If you make the catch and THEN your hat falls off ITS A TURN ! So if you've got the disc and not a hat - "turn" - get it ?)
HAT defined by Webster's New World Dictionary of the Am. Language: (n.) 1. a head covering, usually with a brim and a crown.
The following are not hats: Headbands, visors, bandannas, wigs. Plain ol' baseball caps are officially out. (GET CREATIVE!!!).
There are no rules for affixing a hat to your head. Recommendations: 1) No staples or nails 2) Glue is effective but messy. 3) When using tape, prewrap is strongly advised. A hat is "on" when it's on your head. - If you have a hat on under another hat, the hat on top is the one that counts. Remember: its funny if your hat falls off, don't get mad - laugh. DIRECTIONS - A Few Final Notes:
HHH is designed to encompass the best things ulti has to offer in a setting that makes the individual even more accountable than in the ordinary team setting. ! ! ! Be Careful - don't get so caught up in competing that you make a dangerous play. This is especially important in Co-ed ulti with folks of varying abilities, shapes and sizes (think physics). Use your field sense to be aware of others. Another individual "little thing" with huge impact is getting to the fields to play when the schedule says. Teams are 15 players this year. Last of the spew... Thank YOU! Thank you each and all. Without each individual there is no Hats, Hops & Hucks ! Here's wishes for straight throws & lots of grass stains.
peace...and remember...SPIRIT OF THE GAME! Ev and Mo
